RoomPro Technologies, an award-winning manufacturer of All-In-One A/V classroom solutions, has an opening for a Production/Project Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-energy, meticulously organized individual who thrives in the middle of the action.
As a Production/Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of bringing a finished product to market. From component ordering to assembly scheduling and oversight, you will play an integral role in getting products in and out of production, while assuring high quality standards. You will be the manufacturing and production point person, liaising with vendors and internal departments, providing inventory control, logistics, scheduling, and reporting, among other responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and confidently and accurately communicating with colleagues and vendors. You will be an aggressive and proactive problem-solver, detail-oriented, exceptionally well-organized, take ownership of your tasks, and work diligently to ensure schedules are met and quality assured.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating all aspects of manufacturing
- Lead efforts to maximize efficiencies in the production process
- Assist with purchasing and production planning
- Manage parts and product inventory
- Schedule and supervise off-site product assembly
- Work closely with vendors, partners
- Perform QA testing and provide final product sign-off
- Coordinate pickup/shipping of product and components
- Create, update and maintain records related to functional areas in company CRM
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related experience in fast-paced environment
- BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Proven multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
- Strong project coordination and time management skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Solid problem solving and analytical skills

As a result of rapid growth, RoomPro is expanding its field sales team. If you are a high-energy, high-character individual who loves creating and cultivating relationships, we want to talk with you.
As a Mountain West Regional Education Consultant, you will be responsible for sales and successful implementations in your assigned territory. Territory consists of Colorado, Idaho, Arizona, Wyoming and Utah. You will be the company ambassador in the region, promoting RoomPro products and services to schools, architectural consultants, and A/V dealers. The ideal candidate will be adept at establishing and building strong relationships, with a solid track record of success.
Job Duties/Major Responsibilities:
- Present and sell RoomPro products and services to new and existing customers.
- Build and manage A/V dealer network in assigned territory, conducting remote and in-person sales training as needed.
- Follow up on assigned leads and referrals generated from company and partner marketing activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes.
- Establish and develop new customer relationships.
- Produce a variety of status reports, including lead and opportunity generation activity, closed sales, territory forecast, and progress toward goals.
- Demonstrate company products at industry events and shows in assigned territory.
- Help facilitate and ensure a strong customer experience with the RoomPro brand.
- Work closely with management to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Work within company CRM to keep all territory sales information current and accurate.
- Other duties as required.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and at least three years of successful field sales experience.
- Demonstrated over-quota achievement.
- Experience selling technology products into educational markets (K-12) highly desired.
- Proven ability to work within a team to hit monthly sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Detail-oriented with excellent planning and follow-up skills.
- Energetic, self-starter with strong work ethic and excellent track record of success.
- Excellent planning, organizational and prioritization skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Colorado-based candidate highly desirable.
- Significant (50%) travel required.
